We are looking for a talented, curious and hands-on Data, Automation & BI Analyst to join our growing regional Commercial Strategy team , based in Madrid and supporting 5 countries across Latin America.
This role combines data, automation and AI-enabled process optimization to help scale the impact of the team and improve efficiency across the organization.
You will work on high-impact regional initiatives , partnering with commercial, strategy and data teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, automate processes and explore practical AI use cases.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who e njoys solving problems, building solutions and working in a fast-paced international environment with high ownership and visibility .
Main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using visualization platforms (Power BI or similar).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
- Improve accessibility,



usability and reliability of business information across teams.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.
- Support the evolution of the regional reporting data model.
- Extract, transform and model data from multiple sources.
- Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable data structures.

Automation & AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes across the organization.
- Design and implement automation workflows and productivity solutions.
- Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Explore and test new technologies and AI applications relevant to commercial and business processes.
- Build scalable tools and solutions with tangible business impact.
