Are you fluent in Spanish & Galician and passionate about entertainment, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon , supporting customers of one of the world’s leading integral streaming platforms.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

- Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
- Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2 level).
- Good English communication skills (B1 level)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.




- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
- A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Contract & Working Conditions

- 12-month initial contract , with the possibility of renewal.
- Full-time: 40 hours per week .
- 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
