Support procurement change initiatives across process, policy, and technology transformations
Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning content for Procurement and wider business functional end users.
Plan and coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and follow-up support.
Engage with procurement, technology, and business stakeholders to understand impacts and training needs
Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics; Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories to support ongoing capability building
Experience in change management, training, or transformation roles within a matrixed organisation.
Understanding of change management frameworks and adult learning principles
Ability to translate complex process or system changes into clear, user-focused content
Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and feedback
Proficiency in standard training and communication tools (e.g. Profiency in English.
