Senior Manager – Technology Transfer and Innovation

Plan and coordinate the activities of the Technology Transfer and Innovation Unit, defining priorities, objectives and monitoring mechanisms, and preparing activity and result reports.
Analyze research results to identify opportunities for valorisation and exploitation, facilitating transfer to the market.
Promote innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives based on research outcomes, in collaboration with companies, investors and stakeholders.
Manage, coordinate and monitor collaborative projects with public and private organisations.
Advise research staff on technology transfer,



commercialization and university‑industry collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a Master’s degree at MECES level 3.
Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.
Knowledge of research funding mechanisms and grant proposal development.
