Senior Hotel Partner Manager (m/f/d) Start date: immediately or by agreement | Hybrid | Full-time
The Senior Hotel Partner Manager is responsible for the strategic development and financial performance of a defined portfolio of hotel brands within TUI Hotels & Resorts. As the central point of contact for hotel partners, they maximise digital performance and revenue through TUI's direct channels. Working closely with sales, marketing and product teams, they drive data-driven growth initiatives and ensure compliance with quality, pricing and content standards.
Establishing and developing long-term partnerships with a fixed portfolio of hotel brands, as well as acting as the central point of contact for partners within the organisation.
Monitoring and analysing revenue and performance metrics, and deriving data-driven measures.
Conducting regular business reviews, including reporting,
and negotiating commissions and terms.
Identifying and implementing visibility measures and partner programmes to strengthen the digital presence.
A degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or a comparable subject; 4+ years of proven experience in partner management, account management, or a similar commercial role within the hospitality or travel industry (e.g. hotel chain or OTA)
~ Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating performance data and deriving growth measures
~ Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with relevant reporting and partner tools
~ Excellent organisational and planning skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
~ Excellent written and spoken English
