We are currently in full growth and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our People & Culture team in Spain. Recruitment process: Application of psycho-technical tests and preparation of the corresponding reports.
# Contracting and negotiating with consultancy firms for the outsourcing of processes.
# Internship personnel: search, management and monitoring of personnel and control of agreements.
# Proposing and developing HR management policies, including staff motivation, evaluation and assessment systems.
# University degree and complementary training in Human Resources.
# University degree in Psychology, and complementary training.




# At least 5 years' experience in recruitment consultancy or in a recruitment position.
# Advanced knowledge of office tools.
# High level of English, minimum C1.

Telework (50%).
