Resource Management: Identify and report gaps in resource quality and quantity to the Project Manager, aiding in planning and adherence to schedules.
Provide regular written updates to the Project Manager regarding work performed, issues encountered, and planning for upcoming tasks.




Ensure effective use of resources to meet profitability expectations and formally raise unforeseen constraints to the Project Manager.
Extra Work Documentation: Identify and document any extra work requests from parties and notify the Project Manager.
Testing Oversight: Serve as the testing auditor for on‑site testing and commissioning practices.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead the on‑site service team and vendors to follow defined procedures, organize training sessions, and ensure high‑quality standards in service delivery while managing complaints professionally.
Strong electrical background/Electrician training and/or project working experience ideal.

Strong knowledge and experience in Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction sites, particularly in power distribution.
Project Execution: Proven experience in executing delivery projects, including electrical work, field service, and commissioning.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents, alongside proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; knowledge of data centers is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, self‑motivated with strong people skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers. Flexible working solution.
