Cultivate and strengthen enduring client relationships, focusing on both retention and growth, while adeptly managing contract renewals and transitions.
Collaborative Solution: Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including Revenue, Product, Engineering, Customer, Marketing and Legal to ensure the delivery of comprehensive client solutions.
Performance Analysis and Pipeline Management: Regularly assess account performance, refine strategies for client success, and maintain a well-managed pipeline.
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
