Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Trauma u0026amp; Power Tools sales team across Andalucía to drive sustainable growth, hitting revenue targets and expanding market presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape commercial strategy, manage key accounts, and ensure value-based offerings for surgeons and healthcare networks. You'll lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while navigating tender processes and complex healthcare environments. This position offers impact through strategic leadership in a dynamic orthopaedics portfolio and a clear path within DePuy Synthes after the planned separation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives in the Trauma u0026 Power Tools portfolio

- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competition

- Drive customer acquisition and account penetration through targeted initiatives

- Maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital admins, procurement, and healthcare networks

- Implement pricing, contracting, and value-based selling strategies

- Manage forecasting, territory planning, pipeline development, and business reviews

- Build long-term partnerships understanding clinical, operational, and economic needs

- Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams for product launches and customer engagement

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps with clear goals and development plans

- Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations

- Maintain knowledge of trauma surgery, orthopaedic tech, and market trends





- Participate in professional events and training to model commercial excellence

- Develop annual business and territory plans; monitor performance metrics and profitability

- Deliver accurate forecasts and management reports

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development actions

- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Travel within territory as needed to achieve objectives

- Be prepared for DePuy Synthes employment processes post-separation

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

- MBA or postgraduate business qualification preferred

- Proven success in medical device sales, preferably in Trauma/Orthopedics/Power Tools

- Significant experience leading and developing sales teams

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and tender environments

- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing and commercial contracting

- Strategic thinking and business acumen

- Leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

- Strong analytical and financial planning skills

- Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies in a competitive environment

- Ability to build credibility with clinical and executive stakeholders

- Results-oriented, with accountability and execution focus

- Ability to manage change and lead organizational transformation

- Based in Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba or Granada; willing to travel
