Role Overview As a B2B Outbound Sales professional, you will proactively connect with potential business customers through outbound calls and other prospecting channels. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, presenting relevant products or services, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients and generate new sales opportunities.
Prospect for new clients, qualify leads, and develop a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls with qualified prospects.
Manage the sales journey from initial contact and lead qualification through negotiation,



closing, and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and product developments to continuously improve sales performance.
Language Skills: Fluent in Polish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
Previous experience: in B2B Sales, mandatory in tech
