As an Implementation Associate, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our software solutions. You will report to the Head of Implementation and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality implementation services to our customers.




Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, generate SOWs to ensure consistency and ensure successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.
Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans to ensure clarity and consistency.
Become SME on product suite to advise Solera's customers on best workflows and configurations to meet the customers needs and add value
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
Analyze implementation metrics and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, PowerBI
Experience with legacy system migrations, particularly in the context of estimating platforms or software solutions.
