At Combo, we're looking for our next Customer Success Manager to take care of our Spanish market.
We already have an established local Sales team and a growing customer base. Our next challenge is to continue structuring our Customer Success approach while ensuring our Spanish customers get the support and experience they need to succeed with Combo.
You'll take ownership of their overall experience: from supporting key accounts to handling day-to-day requests, while also building scalable processes that will allow us to grow.
At Combo, we build HR solutions for companies with deskless teams: restaurants, hotels, retailers, pharmacies, bakeries, sports and leisure businesses, and more.
The adventure started in 2016 with a simple idea: making HR easier for businesses and the people who run them.

Your role You'll be the main point of contact and advocate for our Spanish customers.
Your mission is simple: help them get the most out of Combo while building a Customer Success approach that can scale with our business.
The role combines Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Care, and continuous improvement .
You’ll support our customers every day You’ll build strong and trusted relationships with our key accounts and help them get the most value from Combo.
You’ll become a key point of contact for our Spanish customers and make sure every interaction with Combo leads to a clear and useful outcome.
You’ll build processes that can scale Not every customer needs the same level of support.
For the rest of our customer base, you’ll design and implement scalable ways to provide value: webinars, communication campaigns, automated sequences, content, Help Center articles, and
