We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager (BNPL Product) to drive growth and optimize performance across our B2C acquisition channels for our BNPL / Shopping Card product. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and business.
Own merchant conversion performance: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the funnel (from user acquisition to checkout completion) and implement data-driven initiatives to maximize results
Design and execute campaigns aimed at increasing adoption, engagement, and revenue across key merchants and verticals
Analyze user behavior and merchant performance to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end customer experience
Work closely with Product, Sales, Risk, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners and agencies, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Leverage data and insights:



Conduct research and performance analysis to understand customer needs, validate strategies, and stay ahead of market and competitor trends
Ensure brand and messaging consistency: Maintain a clear and compelling brand narrative aligned with business objectives across all merchant touchpoints
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, performance marketing, and merchant ecosystems
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and user journey optimization
Background in working with international markets or multiple verticals
