Description The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for optimizing the technical attributes of our last-mile vehicle fleet. You will strive to always be data driven while making judgements from the field to ensure the correct actions are made to protect the customer, the fleet and operations. The candidate will have a proven track record in navigating complex technical problem settings, being hands on in finding fact‑based solutions, in a technical capacity in the automotive industry – preferably with commercial vehicles, and successfully delivering results in a fast‑paced and dynamic business environment.
The Last Mile team within Amazon Logistics is looking for Senior Technical Program Manager to drive Amazon Logistics technical fleet capabilities. Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution in complex technical projects.

Experience in technical product or program management
Experience with cross functional project or program delivery
Experience in technical roles in the commercial mobility (vans, trucks buses) or the automotive industry
Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
Experience working in a fast‑paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
