Capital management and planning with extensive knowledge of regulations, CRR3, with experience in regulatory exercises: ICAAP, EBA Stress Test.
Strategic planning: desirable experience in strategic KPI optimisation, balance sheet modelling, income statement and solvency metrics, efficiency management, pricing, customer lifetime value and profitability analysis.
Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and an interest in quantitative topics.
Proficiency in Excel; R, Python, and knowledge of their uses in the workplace will be valued. Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports).
