- Develop and own eCommerce retail media management across a portfolio of brands
- Build eCommerce fundamentals across portfolio brands
- Identify opportunities to accelerate online sales, improve digital shelf performance, and enhance brand visibility
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, retailer developments, competitor performance, and client performance
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted eCommerce advisor
- Lead creation, optimisation, and ongoing management of product content across retailer websites and marketplaces
- Ensure product pages are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and retailer requirements
- Monitor content performance and implement improvements to drive discoverability and conversion
- Coordinate content updates, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
- Plan, activate, and optimise Retail Media campaigns across key retailer networks
