The Role

Baxter Planning is growing, and we are looking for a high-energy, seasoned Business Development Representative to help fuel our next phase of growth. This role sits at the front of our go-to-market engine and is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline for our Enterprise GTM Team.

This is a true prospecting role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying opportunities within our target market. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to break into enterprise accounts, build early-stage relationships, and create momentum that leads to new business.

This role will be part of the Sales Incubator Program aimed at developing NextGen sales talents and top performers will have a chance to graduate to ESE and AE roles.

What You’ll Do

This role is focused on pipeline creation through disciplined, multi-channel prospecting, and strong qualification. You will:
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts
- Identify and engage senior-level decision-makers within enterprise organizations
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Research accounts to understand their service operations, challenges, and potential fit for Baxter Planning
- Leverage a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn, and other tools to drive engagement
- Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture early-stage pipe
