Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for our Dutch Speaking - Technical Customer Service Agent position in Greece within the fast-paced Consumer Electronics industry. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for premium Consumer Electronics devices via phone, email, and chat

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and professional resolutions
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal technical database

Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
