It’s building an entire channel from close to zero into one of the biggest engines of the business, defining the playbook yourself and working with the founding team.
Own a Business Unit - Scale the channel from a small share of revenue today into a major engine of the business.
Experience in sales / business development / channel role, ideally B2B2C or retail.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B / B2B2C environment.
Comfortable with both hardware and software commercial models.
Fluency with AI tools (not only CRM): you use them to accelerate your work and contribute to other areas of the company.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Prior experience in an early-stage company where you had to build process as you went.
