As a Client Relationship Manager within Workplace Solutions, you will be viewed as a trusted partner by our client base. Your role will involve ensuring the customer receives the utmost value from the Workplace Solutions product, leveraging internal subject matter experts to help customers optimise their investment, and working closely with implementations, operations and service desk teams.
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, issue remediation and containment, as well as performance measurement.
Build network of share plans advisors and experts in your region
Experience in Relationship Management in integral companies.
Experience working with Cloud-Based software
Project management experience with excellent organizational skills.
