Service Coordinator
You will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
Preventive and corrective maintenance on AMRs at our clients' facilities, primarily in Spain, but also at various customer sites across Europe and the United States
Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote and onsite activity
Working with the customer to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points
Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers
Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs, and suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. You are highly skilled in maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment – ideally in industrial automation or robotics
Knowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagrams.
A technical training degree as electronics or mechanics, maintenance, robotics and industrial automation. Preferably with knowledge in electrical systems and industrial robotics.
Spanish or English language a must, strongly preferred both; Current B (car) driving license valid in Spain and Europe and Spanish residency permission
