We are looking for a
Junior Marketing Content Specialist

to join our Marketing team and support the development and management of audiovisual content across our digital channels.

The main responsibility of this position will be the
editing and adaptation of audiovisual content for social media

, transforming existing footage into Reels, short-form videos and other digital assets aligned with our communication strategy and brand identity.

The role will also involve adapting content for
international markets, particularly Germany

, working from materials, briefs and guidelines provided by the Marketing and Sales teams.

This position is aimed at a
recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Audiovisual Communication, Audiovisual Media or a related field

, looking to gain professional experience within an international MedTech and robotics company.

Key Responsibilities




- Edit and adapt audiovisual content

for social media, including Reels, short-form videos and other digital formats.
- Transform existing audiovisual footage into engaging content

, applying cuts, transitions, subtitles, music and other editing elements according to the requirements of each project.
- Adapt audiovisual content for different markets and audiences

, with a particular focus on the German market.
- Create basic graphic content

, including carousels and social media assets, following ABLE’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Develop social media copy, captions and basic scripts

based on briefs and content provided by the Marketing team.
- Prepare and publish content on our digital channels

(LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Website), ensuring consistency in format, messaging and visual identity.
- Organise and maintain audiovisual and digital content assets

to ensure they are proper
