Role Description
The Lead Sales Representative is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving enrollment growth and promoting EPIC Prep’s educational programs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospective students, conducting online consultations, and presenting program options that align with student goals. The role involves managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Lead Sales Representative will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to refine messaging,



provide feedback from prospective students, and support outreach campaigns. This position also includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of the sales process.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience managing leads and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear written and spoken English and active listening skills.
- Proven organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and reporting in a remote setting.
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and basic office software.
- Background in education services, test preparation, or international student advising is highly beneficial.
