We are seeking a VP Product Management, Commercialization, Europe to lead commercialization and go-to-market execution across Europe.

This role owns the regional commercialization agenda, leading a team of divisional commercialization leads and partnering closely with Product, Sales, Account

Management, and Marketing. The VP is responsible for translating product innovation into market adoption, revenue growth, and client impact.

The idóneo candidate combines strong commercial acumen with credibility in the marketing and customer engagement ecosystem. The VP understands the priorities and pain points of the CMO buying center and translates those insights into compelling client value propositions, growth strategies, and market narratives. Equally comfortable in boardrooms, client meetings, and industry forums, this leader will strengthen Mastercard's position as a trusted partner
