Due to exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly prestigious private banking group, as they seek an experience Private Banking Assistant to join their team in Madrid.

This is a client-facing role within a top-tier international private banking business, working alongside experienced Client Advisors to deliver first-class service to high-net-worth clients. You'll be the operational backbone for a team of Client Advisors, managing service and account maintenance for private banking clients. You'll be the main point of contact for all client needs, coordinating across advisory, operations and technology teams to keep everything running smoothly and clients well looked after.

?Duties of the Private Banking Assistant to include:
- Client servicing:
coordinating client servicing and account maintenance to a consistently high standard.
- Cross-team coordination:
working with Advisors, Operations,



Middle Office and Onboarding teams to keep documentation and servicing on track.
- Query resolution:
resolving client and advisor queries quickly and professionally.
- Transactions:
handling client transactions (cash, liquid positions, corporate actions) accurately and on time.
- Cash management:
managing client cash balances and liaising with clients where needed.
- Liquidity and FX:
arranging liquidity fund investments and FX/cash management within agreed limits.
- Cross-sell:
spotting and flagging cross-sell opportunities to bankers and product partners.
- Digital adoption:
encouraging digital adoption through client outreach and education.
- Periodic reviews:
leading on client Periodic Reviews.
- Risk and fraud:
investigating and resolving fraud issues, errors and losses.
- Team support:
supporting wider team and advisor projects.
