Rooms Operations Management Trainee
to join our team in Barcelona. This is a structured
8–12 month development programme
designed for hospitality students in their
third year of studies or above
who are ready to gain hands-on operational experience and prepare for their first leadership role. If you're passionate about people, operations and creating memorable guest experiences, this programme will give you the opportunity to develop the skills, confidence and business knowledge needed to succeed in hotel operations.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and UK with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going integral.

What You'll Do:
Throughout the programme, you'll rotate across our
Front Office
and
Housekeeping
departments, working alongside experienced leaders and gaining exposure to the day-to-day management of one of our largest hubs.

Front Office Operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey.
- Learn the daily operation of a busy Front Office.
- Manage guest requests, service recovery and problem-solving.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures and room allocations.
- Support upselling initiatives and re
