In this role, you will shape the Stand Out in the Market strategy for Candy Crush Soda Saga within the Kairos team, driving differentiated player experiences that boost engagement, retention and monetisation. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to turn market opportunities into testable hypotheses, executing launches that scale in priority markets. Your data, player insight and competitive awareness will guide investment, iteration, and prioritisation, balancing speed with quality. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence on the team’s direction and outcomes.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, art, analytics to ensure fun, feasible and commercially effective experiences
• Balance discovery with delivery to learn quickly while maintaining quality at scale
• Maintain focus on high-value work and manage prioritisation across dependencies
• Coordinate dependencies across Meta, LiveOps, Marketing and Soda teams
• Use data, qualitative research and competitive analysis to inform decisions
• Define learning agendas for experiments and assess results and risks
