What you'll be doing:
Work closely with the Country General Manager – Spain, Director HR EMEA, HQHR and the Spain Leadership Team to provide senior human resources leadership and support across organisational development, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits,
performance management, training, safety and other People matters affecting the business. The Senior HR Manager – Spain is responsible for ensuring that Spain business needs, Spanish labour requirements and operational realities are appropriately represented in Regional and HQ decision-making, while implementing Group HR policies, standards and initiatives in Spain. The role partners with key stakeholders to close HR operational gaps and build a productive, compliant and scalable People organisation.
The Senior HR Manager will have a Spain-wide mandate from day one, with an initial priority to stabilise the Madrid operation while building the People organisation required to support future growth across Spain. The role will act as a senior business partner to the Country GM and Spain Leadership Team, providing both strategic and hands-on HR leadership.
