Mission Start conversations with companies that could benefit from voice AI and turn them into qualified meetings.
You’ll identify the right contacts, understand their business challenges, and uncover relevant use cases. Outreach Improvement: Test messages and segments, building on our existing pitch with feedback from real conversations.

You might be a recent graduate or have your first few years of experience; Motivation to grow in B2B sales and curiosity about startups, technology, and AI.
The ability to listen, build rapport, and ask questions that help you understand a business.
Clear communication in Spanish and the ability to understand English; fluency in English isn’t required.
Exposure to SaaS or technology sales, or tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist.
Catalan language skills.

Practical exposure to B2B sales and how companies evaluate AI for real business needs.
Responsibility for researching accounts, testing outreach, and generating opportunities.
A Barcelona office, with Friday remote work subject to targets.
