Role Description

The Go-to-Market Leader will be responsible for defining and executing market entry and expansion strategies for PerfectCircle’s coaching, training, and consulting services. In this role, the Go-to-Market Leader will analyze market trends, identify target segments,



and develop positioning and messaging that align with the company’s self-management and client-centric values. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, collaborating with collegues, coaches and business partners to develop integrated launch plans, and coordinating marketing, sales, and customer success activities to ensure effective execution. The Go-to-Market Leader will also track performance metrics, optimize campaigns and commercial approaches, and provide feedback to refine offerings and improve client experience. Cross-functional communication and alignment are central, requiring regular interaction with leadership, delivery teams, and external partners.
