As a Senior Systems Software Engineer, you will help architect and scale our core game and engine foundations within Unreal Engine.



You will maintain a broad view of the engine’s architecture, identifying opportunities to improve performance, memory footprint, and stability. We are looking for a passionate engineer who enjoys deep technical problem-solving, planning, and building robust, scalable systems that empower our development team to build faster and more efficiently.

This role will be Hybrid/Onsite in Madrid, Spain.

Your Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex engine systems in alignment with broader technical roadmaps and team goals.
- Define and manage per-system frame budgets, establishing viable performance metrics for cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance to ensure these benchmarks are met reliably.
