Location: Tres Cantos, Madrid – Hybrid
Working Pattern: 2 days office / 3 days remote
Contract: Long Term Opportunity, January 2027 – December 2030

An opportunity for a Quality & Environmental Manager to support the delivery of a major long-term energy infrastructure project in Spain.

Operating as a core member of the project team, you will take responsibility for coordinating and delivering Quality and Environmental activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Act as the primary contact for all project Quality and Environmental matters.
Develop and manage Project Q&E; Plans, KPIs and performance reporting.
Coordinate Q&E; delivery across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Manage project risks, environmental impacts, non-conformities,



investigations and corrective actions.
Lead internal, external and supplier audits while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and authorities.
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
At least three years Quality and Environmental experience within project environments.
Experience within energy, industrial or construction projects.
Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

The assignment offers long-term continuity through to December 2030, a hybrid working arrangement in Madrid and involvement throughout the complete project lifecycle.
