As a Senior Data Analyst, you won’t just analyze data, you will actively shape
the future of our mobile advertising platform. You will sit at the intersection
of product, engineering, and business, transforming raw behavioral data from
millions of integral users into scalable strategies. We are looking for a
high-caliber professional who thrives in ambiguity, sets high analytical
standards, and translates complex insights into product decisions.

This is a full-time position based in Barcelona.

PRODUCT & ML STRATEGY INFLUENCE

* Own the analytical loop that influences our Product and Machine Learning
strategies.



Use data to identify untapped opportunities and define what we
build next.
* Design, execute, and evaluate sophisticated experimentation frameworks (A/B
testing, multivariate testing) to measure the impact of new product features
and ML algorithms.
* Establish and govern key performance frameworks to align cross-functional
teams on what success looks like.

SCALABLE ANALYTICS & FRAMEWORKS

* Build reproducible data models, frameworks, and processes that allow the
company to scale decision-making without reinventing the wheel.
* Design high-impact data visualization assets that democratize data access and
enable self-service insights for both technical and commercial stakeholders.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP

* Act as the strategic data partner for engineering, product, and business
teams, translating deep technical findings into actionable, high-level
business recommendations.
* Raise the bar for analytical rigor across the organ
