Subregional Marketing & Communications Leader – Iberia, France & Morocco
The Subregional Marketing and Communications Leader – Iberia, France & Morocco will be responsible for developing and driving comprehensive Marketing & Communications (MarComm) strategies to drive demand generation, engagement, and retention across assigned clusters. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, senior stakeholder management, people leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate understands local market dynamics and can tailor integral marketing strategies to local needs. Overall, this leader will bridge the gap between global, regional strategy and local execution, driving more effective and impactful marketing & communications initiatives within this geographical subregion.

What the day will look like
Strategy & Growth
· Lead the Marketing & Communications team across Iberia, France and Morocco, aligning local initiatives with Aon United and EMEA growth priorities.
· Develop and implement country and subregional marketing plans that:
· Build brand awareness
· Increase thought leadership
· Drive demand generation (MQLs)
· Improve marketing influence, uplift and Return on Investment
· Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that increase market penetration and support business goals.
Campaign & Program Management
· Lead integrated multichannel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events and sponsorships.
· Partner closely with local business leaders and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
· Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
· Manage budgets effectively, improving Return on Inves
