About The Role As Sales Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of orders and customer inquiries. This position involves daily order booking, margin control,



and the preparation of offers based on predefined criteria . The specialist monitors backlog reports, delivery blocks, and ETA requests, while also managing complaints in collaboration with European internal sales and after-sales teams .
Order processing and management
Independent margin control
Monitoring and control of backlog reports, delivery blocks, ship and debit conditions and processing of ETA requests
Processing of complaints in cooperation with the internal sales department and after-sales management
Close cooperation with the European internal sales department and team leaders
1+ year of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar administrative support role.
