About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Interior FF&E; Specialist with advanced Revit expertise to support the technical delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects.

You'll drive the technical delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects — developing, coordinating, and delivering detailed Revit documentation from Stage 2 through Stage 5. You'll translate design intent into coordinated, buildable,



procurement-ready packages within a BIM-led environment, working across high-end hospitality and residential projects.

Responsibilities

- Produce and coordinate detailed Revit-based interior documentation across all project stages (2–5)
- Develop technical drawing packages — GA plans, layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and bespoke joinery details
- Prepare and manage FF&E; and OS&E; schedules, specifications, and asset registers
- Ensure documentation is tender-, procurement-, and construction-ready
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments
- Resolve technical questions on materials, finishes, furniture systems, and bespoke interior elements
- Support FF&E;/OS&E; procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals
- Maintain consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all deliverables

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field
- 8–15 years of experience in interior architectural design
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architectural)
- Experience on hospitality or residential projects (villas, hotels, resorts)
- Solid understanding of materials, structural elements, detailing, and documentation workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Professional English, written and verbal
