Job Overview
The Technical Specialist I, Sustainable Palm Oil (SPO) provides auditing and technical support to Technical Managers and program staff in the delivery of certification services for Sustainable Palm Oil programs. This role conducts onsite and remote audits against applicable RSPO standards and certification requirements while supporting technical reviews, certification activities, and program quality initiatives. The position manages assigned certification projects from audit planning through report completion, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, quality management systems, and program procedures.



The Technical Specialist I develops technical expertise in sustainable palm oil certification, responsible sourcing, and supply chain verification while collaborating with clients, auditors, international affiliates, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality certification services. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, technical resource development, and accreditation activities to maintain the integrity and consistency of the certification program.
