Supermicro is seeking a Product Engineer who can support the development and integration of server/high density design server products for cloud and data center infrastructure. This individual will have the opportunity to define and implement latest data center and server technologies, and to create proof of concepts and technical feature paper presentations to differentiate Supermicro product through online and at various industry events.



This individual will also be the go-to person for product managers and system engineers to be the subject of matter experts in application benchmarks specifically in AI inferencing, server performance, network, storage and virtualizationEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive and support engineering activities for server and high‑density system designs
Lead system‑level integration, bring‑up, and validation of servers
Interface with customers to analyze technical problems and provide solutions
Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to senior management and vendors, ensuring timely and effective resolution of product-related challenges
Identify, escalate, and resolve critical engineering issues from production line
Support early PM sample build and first factory builds; work with quality teams with documentation and analysis
Research server architectures and emerging technologies
