Lead the definition and evolution of user experiences for digital products operating at the intersection of industrial systems, connectivity, and cloud technologies.
Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive and user-friendly experiences for both technical and non-technical users.
Act as the bridge between Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Define user journeys, functional requirements, interaction flows, and product specifications.
Collaborate closely with designers to refine concepts and deliver high-quality assets for development teams.
Work with engineers to validate technical solutions, API integrations, and workflow implementations from a user experience perspective.
Review implementations and ensure the final product aligns with the intended user experience.
Conduct research, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify opportunities to improve usability and product adoption.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in international environments.
