Experteer Overview
In this role you design, manufacture, retrofit and maintain Lab Test Means (functional, software, and electronic test benches) for Airbus programs. You will manage supplier activity, configure aircraft equipment within test means, and ensure compliance across projects. You’ll partner with maintenance teams, provide second-level support, and drive improvements in test solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that contributes to program success and regulatory compliance.

• Drive supplier selection, manage subcontracted activities, and oversee project execution

• Collaborate with operating/maintenance teams and provide 2nd level support on existing test benches

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, Electronics, or related discipline)
• 1-2 years of experience in Lab Test Means design
• Strong project management and customer-focused communication
• Advanced English; Spanish highly recommended
• Lab Test Means architecture design, configuration control, export control compliance, and Product Regulatory Compliance knowledge
