Experteer Overview
In this entry-level role you will learn to configure, install and support basic network tasks within the TS Systems Integration team, handling less complex break/fix events and installations. You will grow toward associate-level certification while building business knowledge and working on project lifecycles. You’ll collaborate with Implementation Engineering to meet client requirements and develop hands-on skills in networking deployments. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Learn to own portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycles
• Collaborate with Implementation Engineering to meet client requirements
• Execute less complex configurations and installations
• Address less complex break/fix events during projects
• Provide support alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior engineers




• Perform related tasks as required

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field (or equivalent)
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Some work experience in technical implementation engineering with networking technologies
• Experience in routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers
• Experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of technical design principles
• Ability to understand project and administration processes
• Strong learning orientation
• Good verbal communication and client service orientation
• Hands-on proactive approach
• Willingness to work overtime when required
