Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers
Develop high customer engagement with contacts and key decision-makers
Understand customer businesses and maximise their usage of Perk
Identify growth opportunities and add new business opportunities within accounts
Use data analytics to provide business reviews, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders
Become an expert in Perk’s products to meet and exceed quarterly up‑selling and cross‑selling targets
Develop client relationships that shape business travel programmes
Identify account problems and develop timely, long-term solutions
Coordinate between internal Perk teams and Account Management to support smooth product integrations during rollouts
Prioritise time to maximise impact in key business areas
Use AI to research and prioritise accounts, refine outreach, improve customer interactions and synthesise information
Requirements

Native Dutch and professional proficiency in English
Experience managing top tier accounts
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Ability to build deep client relationships
