This role is responsible for enabling and accelerating HP field sales by embedding sustainability-led services into core customer engagements. The idóneo candidate will bridge strategy and execution—owning go-to-market activation, sales enablement, and regional performance to scale HP’s circular economy offerings and maximize business impact.Key Responsibilities Sales Enablement & Growth Acceleration Drive adoption of ITAD and CRLP services within HP’s EMEA sales organization by embedding offerings into account planning and pipeline developmentDevelop and execute sales enablement strategies, tools, and training to position sustainability services effectively across segmentsPartner with Sales, Category, and GBU teams to identify opportunities and accelerate deal conversionGo-to-Market (GTM) & Strategy Execution Lead the regional execution of HP’s ITAD and CRLP strategy aligned with Sustainability Services and Renew prioritiesTranslate global strategy into localized, market-relevant offerings, addressing regional barriers such as cost, logistics, and partner coverageDrive solution positioning focused on circularity, value recovery, data security, and ESG outcomesPartner & Ecosystem Leadership Collaborate with CRLP and ITAD partner ecosystem to ensure readiness, capability alignment, and coverage across EMEASupport partner engagement in sales pursuits, including solution validation,
