In this role, you will lead and shape technology and AI risk programs within the Client Service Risk team. You’ll develop and refine policies, guide risk frameworks, and partner across Risk, Technology, and client service to protect the firm and clients. You’ll tackle complex, cross-functional initiatives that elevate risk governance and policy execution in a dynamic, global environment. This is a high-growth, impact-driven opportunity to influence how technology risk is managed at scale within a premier consulting firm.

• Develop and revise technology, AI, and data risk policies and procedures
• Shape and execute risk strategies to improve the firm’s risk management and advisory program
• Manage initiatives to ensure risk topics are understood and reflected in policies and frameworks

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of relevant experience in managing complex risk and/or IT programs
• Proven track record in developing risk management, information security, AI or data management policies and procedures
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate across teams
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and driving accountability in teams
