? Position: Instructor & Host for Culinary Experiences
At The Cooking Clubhouse, we are looking for an instructor and host with hospitality experience to lead interactive culinary experiences that blend teaching, hospitality, and creativity.
We are more than just a cooking school—we offer dynamic, fun, and hands-on workshops where cooking, eating, and drinking become a unique social experience. Responsibilities:
✅ Preparing and setting up the workshop area, ensuring it remains clean and organized before, during, and after each session.
✅ Leading hands-on cooking classes for diverse groups in an engaging and interactive setting.
✅ Explaining culinary techniques, ingredient selection, and practical cooking tips with enthusiasm.
✅ Guiding participants through the preparation of dishes, ensuring a complete and enriching experience.




✅ Encouraging interaction and fostering a sense of community in each session.
✅ Collaborating with the team to enhance the quality of our experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Intermediate-Advanced English level: required for interacting with international participants.
✔️ Excellent communication and social skills: ability to speak in front of groups and encourage positive interactions.
✔️ Hospitality experience: familiar with dynamic, fast-paced environments.
✔️ Formal training in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience.
✔️ Proactive, versátil, and adaptable mindset.
Job Conditions:
? Work schedule: 10.5-hour shifts, 4 days per week.
? Extended weekends: 3 days off per week.
? Rotating shifts, ensuring everyone gets weekends off periodically.
? Salary: €21,000–€24,000 gross per year, depending on experience and profile, with a performance review after 2 months and the possibility of a salary increase.
