Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Spain. This role is focused on scaling and optimizing a high-impact affiliate marketing channel for a fast-growing AI-driven health platform. You will take ownership of partner strategy, recruitment, and performance across multiple international markets, including the US, UK, and Europe. The position blends commercial ownership with creative collaboration, as you work closely with content creators, media partners, and internal growth teams to drive measurable acquisition results. Operating in a fast-paced growth environment, you will help build a new affiliate program from the ground up while refining existing performance channels. This is a highly cross‑functional role where data, creativity, and execution all come together to drive user growth at scale.
Own and scale the affiliate marketing program across key international markets including the US, UK, and Europe
Build and manage relationships with editorial partners, newsletters, publishers, and media networks aligned with target audiences




Develop compelling partner briefs, hooks, and campaign angles in collaboration with creative and content teams
Oversee end-to-end affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with CPA, ROAS, and broader growth targets
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using data tools and attribution systems
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing roles
~ Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, including publishers, media partners, and performance-based campaigns
~ Experience with platforms such as Impact, Looker, Superset, or Jira is highly valuable
~ Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness and performance orientation
