In this role you own key KYC processes for the Italian Market in Madrid, driving compliant, efficient case handling. You apply EDD/ODD knowledge to high-risk customers and PEPs while ensuring a smooth user experience. You work in a fast-paced, collaborative team to uphold regulatory standards and continuously learn. You will contribute to the company’s mission of trusted, customer-centric banking through quality assessments and cross-functional cooperation. Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience in KYC (EDD and ODD exposure preferred).
• Proven track record of managing and resolving KYC cases.
• Experience in fast-paced finance/banking environments is desirable.
• Excellent hands-on KYC operations experience.
• Knowledge of banking regulations is preferable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory); additional languages a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
