Experteer Overview In this role you drive the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructures to ensure high availability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams to deliver reliable networking services and lead modernization initiatives. The role combines hands-on engineering with governance, documentation, and continuous improvement to support complex, global IT environments. - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure solutions
- Provide SME for LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center networking technologies
- Lead network transformation and modernization initiatives
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Application teams for seamless connectivity
- Support network security implementations including firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and secure access
- Develop network architecture, standards,



procedures, and technical documentation
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
- Evaluate new networking technologies and recommend continuous improvementsResponsabilidades
- 8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Data Communication, and Enterprise Networking
- Experience designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprise networks
- Experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless Networking, Data Center, and Cloud Connectivity
- Hands-on skills with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching concepts
- Understanding of Data Center networking architectures
- Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery concepts
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
