- Design and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows

- 5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Finance with strategy consulting experience or CFO-track roles in tech/marketplace environments
- Full Pu0026L ownership experience and ability to model economics and cost-reduction/growth strategies
- Strong problem-solving with hypothesis-led, data-driven approach
- Executive presence with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Background in O2C, invoicing processes, and finance operations
- SQL fluency or strong willingness to build querying skills
- Experience in managing, mentoring, or leading junior analysts
- Experience with B2B pricing and commercial strategy
