Experteer Overview
In this role you will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of CICS services within the IBM Mainframe environment, driving continuous improvement. You will lead incident resolution and work with development and support teams to deliver robust, highly available solutions. You will oversee system programming, configuration, and deployments while planning for upgrades and security. This position offers impact through technology modernization and infrastructure enhancements in a global, collaborative setting.

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, and support CICS systems software
• Manage CICS resource definitions and system configurations
• Provide L2/L3 support for applications using CICS services and incident resolution
• Install, test, and implement CICS releases and maintenance

• Design and implement solutions to improve service availability and performance
• Monitor performance and capacity planning for CICS environments

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in Mainframe Systems Programming with CICS administration and support
• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical CICS environments
• Experience with CICS Transaction Server installation, customization, upgrade, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Mainframe Sysplex and high availability configurations
• Hands-on expertise with CICS Transaction Server, SMP/E, z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, RACF
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex system and application issues
• Experience supporting production-critical systems with stringent availability requirements
• Strong performance management, capacity planning, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and with general teams
